Fresh Organic Corn Masa

Our freshly ground yellow corn masa is all you need to make your own tortillas, sopes, or gorditas. The masa, sold in 1.5 pound bags can also be used in your favorite recipe for making tamales.  At farmers markets we sell 1-pound bags of Guajillo Chile masa, blue corn masa and our Verde masa, flavored with organic spinach, cilantro and jalapeño.

Our masa will keep up to ten days, wrapped and refrigerated. Masa can also be frozen though it will be crumbly when thawed. Kneading with a little water to get it back to the proper consistency.

Organic Corn Tortillas

Prepared fresh for the markets and store deliveries, our yellow and blue corn tortillas are made from our freshly ground organic corn masa with nothing more than a pinch of salt. We also make Guajillo Chile tortillas and Tortilla Verde.

Fresh tortillas, like bread, are most delicious eaten the day they are made however they last for ten days or longer in the refrigerator and freeze well.

Potosinas

Enchiladas Potosinas are guajillo chile-infused corn tortillas with a cheese and tomato filling. A traditional market snack from San Luis Potosi, they are cooked on a griddle, and served with a garnish of sour cream, onion, guacamole and salsa.

Our Potosinas are packaged par-cooked, best re-heated in a cast iron skillet. They store for up to a week in the refrigerator and freeze well.
